Except on the day of each event, box office is located at FirstOntario Centre Located inside the theatre doors. Note: Please arrive at box office early if picking up tickets. Customers must present the actual credit card used to place the order and government-issued photo ID.

Underground parking is available at the Theatre. Enter from Summer's Lane or King Street

Main floor of the theatre is fully accessible. Washrooms and facilities are fully accessible. Wheelchair accessible seating available through Ticketmaster or the box office.

No smoking in the building.

Children under the age of 2 years old are admitted free of charge but must sit on a guardian's lap, unless otherwise stated. All persons entering a Core Entertainment venue must be 14 years of age or older or otherwise accompanied by a companion 16 years of age or older.
