The box office will be open on the days of the event, from June 6th to 8th, from 9 am to midnight.

Your ticket will be accessible on your phone. If a problem arises on the day of the festival, please go to the box office at the entrance of the site and we will be able to assist you.

Parking is limited on the festival site, but we are working with the city to add additional spaces for festival-goers with a free shuttle service. As the festival approaches, we will make the different sites available on our website.

"The M�LO Festival is fully accessible to people with reduced mobility. A special platform for the outdoor stage will be reserved for you and 1 companion. Adapted toilets are also available on-site, easily identifiable by signage. For the purchase of tickets, you can opt for regular or VIP passes, and we encourage you to inform us of your presence by sending an email to billetterie@melofestival.com. We will be happy to assist you in making your experience even more pleasant and comfortable. Please note that for the VIP sections, there is no reserved platform."

"The festival is based on values ??of respect for all participants, artists, and staff members, regardless of origin, gender, sexuality, religion, or opinions. Any hostile, discriminatory or aggressive behavior is strictly forbidden. Harassment, in all its forms, as well as any form of discrimination (racial, gender, sexual orientation, etc.) will result in immediate exclusion from the festival, without refund. Tickets are non-refundable, and in the event of a show cancellation, no compensation will be offered. Exit from the festival site will be final, there will be no readmission accepted. Shows will take place as scheduled, rain or shine. The festival will be held in a secure environment, and all bags will be searched upon entry to ensure the safety of all participants. " Children aged 12 and under can enter for free, provided they are accompanied by an adult with a valid ticket. From 13 years old, a ticket is required. No ticket is needed, just have a valid ID card with the child's date of birth to enter the festival. Please note that the VIP areas are only accessible to holders of corresponding tickets, so children must have a VIP ticket as well."
