Legendary R&B belter Patti LaBelle came of age at a time when the term "diva" wasn't used loosely — as a tireless performer and industry veteran, Ms. LaBelle earned her diva designation with hard work and pure, raw talent. Beloved by fans for her fiery live performances and sassy wit, Patti proved she was still in top form on her 2012/13 50th Anniversary Tour, consistently bringing down the house with electrifying renditions of classics like "Lady Marmalade" and "New Attitude." An indefatigable touring presence, Patti serves up more diva realness in 2014 with several highly anticipated appearances.
BACKGROUND SNAPSHOT:
Born and raised in Philadelphia, Patti Labelle cut her teeth singing in church choir and several girl groups before settling into her role as frontwoman of namesake group LaBelle in 1970. Following minor success in the early part of the decade, LaBelle hit the big time in 1974 with "Lady Marmalade," which became their first No. 1 and remains one of the most popular songs of the disco era. In 1977, Patti released her self-titled solo debut album to positive reviews, wowing critics with her songwriting and prowess as a vocalist. A series of successful albums followed including 1986's Winner in You, which landed at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 and received several Grammy nominations.

Ms. Patti was fantastic! She's a diva in her own right, Her voice was exquisite and her band and back-up singers were amazing. I definitely would see her again! It was an excellent experience and a wonderful evening enjoying great music!
Patti is very entertaining and her Band and back up singers are amazing I think Patti shold lay off the high notes as they sound off key sometimes, But otherwise a great night
What an amazing performance! Patti LaBelle sounds so great. Her vocals and range are outrageous and gives you emotional chills. She has beauty, grace and wonderful sense of humor. Loved her entrance singing through the crowd to the stage and her engagement with the audience, her singers and band. We would definitely see her again and again. God bless you Patti!

Had great seats for the Patti Labelle concert! And she actually entered the show by coming down the exact aisle where we were seated!! I got excellent pictures, the sound system was great and her band and back up singers were amazing! She performed all her greatest hits plus one of my favourite gospel songs. I give her performance 5 plus stars!
Can't believe Miss Patti brought it. She sounded amazing. Was the best vocal concert I have ever been to. Was worth every penny.
My daughter(who is 59) and I had a great time enjoyed the music and Patti still has it at 79 I am 85 and we danced in our seats age is only a number.

I absolutely enjoyed Miss Patti Labelle! Even at age 79, she sounded increíble, her bad was amazing and she was very playful and interactive with the crowd. You could tell she was appreciative to to the audience to still be able to do what she was born to do. The venue was also great. Although the crowd was massive, the process to get in and out moved quickly and orderly. The seats were also padded so very comfortable and ample leg room for those with long legs. Overall, one of the best shows I’ve seen, not in terms of production but just overall talent. Ms Patti can just stand and sing and you will be mesmerized.
Patti is still rockin' it into her eighties! Absolutely fantastic! We loved the show at Fallsview Casino on the weekend. Patti can still really move well and her voice is soooo strong and gorgeous.
