Powerful Voice and Stage Presence

The amount of auto-tune and special effects in the recorded music made me worry the performer's voice range and stability might be limited, but I was WRONG! Their voice is powerful and fully engulfs you in the emotion being portrayed on stage.
If you like interactive concerts, this is your concert. The performer encourages the crowd to sing, jump, and dance with them. The venue I was at was small enough to allow fans right next to the stage and the performer took advantage of this by getting close, shaking hands, and making photo opportunities.
I think the most powerful moments are in between songs. You get a hint at which song is coming next through a small dialog between the performer and the audience, or you listen to the performer talk about the heavy subjects in the lyrics.
Some of the lyrics, while dope as fnck, made me worry that the artist may be inadvertently sending a poor message about the party life by glamourizing it. The performer opened up about their past experiences and their personal struggles with trauma and addiction. These things are not "fun"to talk about, and it takes major confidence to be so public about things that are so personal. Their music talks about an emptiness that we all feel at some point, and that resonates.
I wish the artist luck in their life journey, and I will definitely be on the lookout for another concert to do it all again.
