What a great time for our whole family. Wonderful seats. I felt like I was 10 years old again!!
The show was fantastic, I had excellent seats, was a little diappointed with the crowd, but they Globetrotters put on an excellent show.... I never laughted so hard in my life... absolutley tremendous, and the way they interacted with the audience was amazing... Hightly recommend this show to everyone...
Enjoyed the event with my 3 kids and 10-year old nephew. They had the opportunity to participate in a Dance a Thon during end of first quarter and meet the Globetrotters during half time. They said it was the best thing they have ever went to. Would recommend it to anyone.
Have seen the Globetrotters many times over the years, they are truly amazing athletes. Copp's is a great venue to watch them up close. Very entertaining evening for all ages.
My only complaint is that you should not offer to sign items you sell when you do not stay enough time to allow everyone to get the items they purchased such as a ball to get signed by every globetrotters. My 10 year old was very disappointed when he was unable to get every players signature as they left. We started in the lines around the court first as the lines at the two major players on the outside were very long. Next we hear an anouncement that they are leaving. They were only there for 25 minutes. 25 minutes is not sufficient time to allow for signatures. You needed an hour at least. My son was very disappointed after spending $25.00 of his own money for the basketball as I could not afford anymore after paying for the tickets for his Easter present and then he did not get all the signatures. You cannot do that to children. Either do not offer the time for signatures or allow enough time. If anyone asks me I will recommend not purchasing any items and do not waste your time trying to get signatures as you will be disappointed.
My family had a fun time seeing the Globe Trotters. They were very entertaining with lots of laughs. Definitely a great time for a family nite out!
The Harlem Globetrotters put on a great show, they entertained us thoroughly. My boys and I are not basketball fans, and they were a little skeptical about going, but they absolutely loved it. The Globetrotters got the crowd involved and kept everyone interested, even my 5 year old. The boys were still talking about it the next day and took the tickets to school to show all their friends. We had a great night out!
What a great time we had last night @ the Globetrotters game. The show was filled with dancing ,jokes, audience participation, just an all around laugh!!!
Great family fun for $26 per seat. It was awesome that they came to little Barrie, ON. Our seats were not ideal but we were able to move once the game started.
The Globetrotters do not disappoint! The kids loved it and I loved it.
My children 9 and 11, just loved the act. It kept their attention through the whole thing. We thought they were very funny and the kids and I would see it again for sure. It was presented in a way where the kids enjoyed it and so did the adults. It brought memories back to me. I wish they had a tape out or video of the real Globetrotters, my son would love to see that. Signing the kids balls was also a excellent idea. I think they should through a little bit more free stuff into the audience and not water. lol.
The Globetrotters were amazing as usual. Taking my kids for the first time I saw the same joy, excitement and wonder in their eyes I remember the first time I saw them - decades ago. They went to bed talking about the show, and woke up talking about the show. I know it will be a permanent memory for them, and that they'll enjoy taking their own kids one day.
Took our two boys, 5 years and 11 years and they really enjoyed it. Very comical and entertaining!
Not a bad show, great seats. Truly recomended for the young 5 to 12 years old. We stil had a great time.
I went to the Globetrotters with my 16 year old son and 4 of his friends. We all had an amazing time! All of us couldn't stop smiling all night. So fun to watch! The payers went right up into the stands so that everyone felt they were part of the show. We were close enough to get high-fives from several players, and the referees. A night to remember for sure! The Barrie Molson Centre is a great spectator arena to begin with. Not really a bad seat in the house. I liked the way they laid out the seats on the floor. Only two rows, and all could see very well. The Globetrotters signed autographs for all after the game on the floor. Very safe , well managed and set up by the organizations.
The Harlom Globe Trotters were amazing, they were very entertaining for all age groups. The seats were not the best, the lights were shining directly in our eyes, and we could not get many pictures becasue of this fact.
The trouble with seeing a group that has been around for decades, albeit with new members, is that you end up longing for those good ol' days. I found out last night that I truly miss the Meadowlarks and Curlys of yesteryears. While Special K, the leader of today's Trotters, is fun and a real crowd pleaser, he seems to be the only one full of the spirit of old. No matter what, the bottom line is, the Globetrotters are always a great family night out. To hear the giggles from the youngsters in the Molson Theatre was so refreshing. It was a great night and one I wouldn't have wanted to miss.
This was my first time seeing both the Globetrotters and the venue, Barrie Molson Arena. The Show was a well orchastrated progam and lived up to everything I expected from the show. The basketball was well played and the fan involvment was excellent. There were a number of times that fans were brought on to the court to participate in the events. HOWEVER, if you are hoping to be one of these lucky fans you will need floor seats as the players really do not come into the crown (with one exception). The arena was great, with not a bad seat in the house and plenty of free parking. Our only problem and what lead to the poorer rating is the sound system. It was very difficult to hear people speaking, the announcer, players, ref and MC. After the show, the player signed autograph and posed for pictures. I took my two daughters and they both had a great time.
Very entertaining and funny. Perfect for the whole family, my 6 year old son loved it.
As soon as I found out that the Harlem Globetrotters were going to be in New York when I went, I bought a ticket ASAP. It was one of the best shows I've ever been to; sports or otherwise.
