They really give it their all. They are so genuine. Took time to meet the fans. Just a blast and I love that it’s family friendly and I could bring my daughter with me.

Amazing show - bad setup for parents with kids

But here is my issue with the ticketing setup. It was set to 'All Ages', which means kids will be there. I've made the difficult choice to not give my kids smartphones, even though they are young teens and most of their friends have them. The ticketing was set to 'mobile only', and there were no options to give my kids a printout of the tickets. If it's all ages, I would suggest having the option to print tickets or even give my kids a screenshot they can put on their flip-phones. Like I said, it's harder for us, but I am asking for some reasonable accommodation for my kids not having smartphones. Thank you.
