  • That's one item off my bucket list!

    My favourite band of all time. I've waited 40 years to see them live and they did not disappoint. Such a haunting, distinctive sound...only the fans can appreciate it. For me, it felt like I was among family, and old friends in that audience. Just sharing a room with people that appreciated this band as much as I do was an exhilarating and very exclusive experience.

    Fun seeing Chameleons again, they put on a great show. The sound quality at the Opera House however is abysmal and this otherwise distinctive sounding band came across as distorted and grungy - and not in a good way. When will these crusty old venues upgrade their sound systems and acoustics? Chameleons and their audience deserved better.

    Every time I hear Swamp Thing I get goosebumps and this was no exception. Fantastic show, I hope next time they play Less Than Human and Nathan's Phase.
