When is the box office open?
Thursday to Saturday: Noon till 5:00 pm. The Box Office will also be open for Brandt Centre public on-sales and extended hours on events days.

What are the will call rules?
Please arrive at Box Office early if picking up tickets. Account owner must present valid picture ID when picking up will call orders and quote the phone number associated to the account order.
What are the parking options at Brandt Centre?
There is ample parking located at Evraz Place. Premium Brandt Centre reserved parking is available for purchase as an add-on.
Are children allowed?
Children 2 and under are free provided they sit on someone's lap. This policy is in effect unless otherwise specified by the promoter.
